Customer Service Policy
We aim to send products out within seven business days of receipt of payment.If there are unexpected delays we will you within 3 business days.
Payment
“The Shepherd Centre” accepts the following credit cards; MasterCard and Visa. To pay by credit card select the 'credit card' option during the ordering process.
Offline Payments
If you are still uncomfortable using your credit card online at www.shepherdcentre.com.au . You can contact “The Shepherd Centre” and we will take your order over the phone using one of our other payment options.
Returns
If you believe your product is faulty you can return your product to The Shepherd Centre. We'll send the product to the manufacturer and we'll offer you a refund or an exchange.
If you're not completely satisfied with your new product, simply return it with your receipt and we'll be happy to offer a replacement, exchange or refund providing the product is in as new condition including packaging, instruction manuals and all accessories.

We do not allow Usership outside of Australia at the present time.
Delivery Times
Most deliveries are on a set run and therefore it is not possible to request specific times.
