NSW Community Father of the Year
Is somebody you know ‘Australia’s Number One Father’?
Perhaps he’s your own Father – biological, step, foster or adoptive – or he could be your husband, partner, brother, friend, son, someone in the local community or anyone else who works hard to support children and invest in their future.
If you know somebody who is worthy of the title, nominate them now.
Criteria
Use the following criteria to think about a special father you know who is worthy of the award:
- A natural father or a father figure who has been involved in activities for children over a significant number of years.
- A father who works diligently and attentively to provide for his children and/or the local community.
- A father who is caring, guides and nurtures children and young people and has a sustaining attitude, taking responsibility for children’s well being and protection.
- Somebody who has made a difference to the lives of children and young people by virtue of his position and abilities, demonstrating his dedication and loyalty.
